Refund Policy
Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy) For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for the following items if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with:

Underwear Items must have hygiene liners intact. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to process the refund.
Sale & Outlet Items Items purchased from the Outlet or Sale sections are eligible for return for Store Credit only (issued in the form of a Gift Card).

We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method for discounted items unless the product is defective.

Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
⚠️ Important: Customs & Duties on International Returns When an item is returned to Italy from outside the European Union (USA, Canada, UK, etc.):

The Italian Customs authorities apply import duties and VAT.

These government charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be strictly deducted from your final refund amount.

We recommend marking the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the customs declaration.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment (or issued as Store Credit for Sale items).
