Refund policy

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy) For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for:

  • Swimwear & Bikinis (if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with).

  • Bodysuits & Lingerie (due to the intimate nature of these garments).

  • Underwear (all types). Items must have hygiene liners intact. If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, the refund will be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ Important: Customs & Duties on International Returns When an item is returned to Italy from outside the European Union (USA, Canada, UK, etc.):

  1. The Italian Customs authorities apply import duties and VAT.

  2. These government charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be strictly deducted from your final refund amount.

  3. We recommend marking the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE".

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
