Shipping & Delivery At AlisiiaKholli, we strive to deliver your luxury pieces as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Italy (Express Shipping): 2-5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over €50.

  • European Union: 5-10 business days. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • International (Outside EU): 7-20 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150.

⚠️ International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes For all orders shipped outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, UK, Ukraine, etc.):

  1. Import Charges: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees once the package reaches your country.

  2. Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. AlisiiaKholli has no control over these charges.

  3. Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any taxes charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
