Shipping & Delivery

At AlisiiaKholli, we strive to deliver your luxury pieces as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Italy (Express Shipping): 2-5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over €60 (Limited Time Offer).
European Union: 5-10 business days. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
International (Outside EU): 7-20 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150.

For all orders shipped outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, UK, Ukraine, etc.):

Import Charges: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees once the package reaches your country.
Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. AlisiiaKholli has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any taxes charged to AlisiiaKholli will be deducted from your final refund.
Returns from Outside the EU: When returning an item from outside the EU, the sender must cover all shipping costs AND any import duties/VAT incurred when the package re-enters Italy. These costs will be strictly deducted from the refund amount.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
