When an order is still in Ordered or Processing status (usually within the first 24 hours or less):

We cannot change

• Different product
• Increase/decrease the quantity of a product

Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you can:

• Use the Cancel / Return button available on your Order Status page or in My Account → Orders, or
• Contact us directly at hello@alisiiakholli.it, clearly stating your name, order number, and your intention to withdraw.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid (where applicable). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or with a discount (Sale/Outlet items included).

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear & Bikinis
• Bodysuits & Lingerie
• Underwear

This exemption is permitted under EU consumer law (right of withdrawal exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons). Please choose your size carefully, as these items cannot be returned once your order has shipped.

Sale & Outlet Items

Items purchased from the Outlet or Sale sections follow the same 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items and are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or earlier, in line with applicable law).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the entire order is withdrawn under the right above.

International Returns (Outside the European Union)

If your order was shipped to a destination outside the EU (e.g. UK, US, Canada) and you return an item to our warehouse in Italy:

1. Italian customs authorities may apply import duties and VAT on the returned goods.
2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. To help minimize these charges, please mark the package clearly as “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on the customs declaration.

This section applies only to returns originating from outside the EU and does not affect the rights of EU-based consumers described above.

How to Start a Return

1. Go to My Account → Orders, or use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
3. Confirm your withdrawal request — you will be asked to confirm your name and order details.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
5. Pack the item(s) securely with tags attached and send to the return address provided in your confirmation email.

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

We recommend you align your cancellation policy with ours and advise your customer to initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days.

• 🎁 Free Shipping in Italy: we offer free shipping on all orders over €60 (active promotion for Italy).
• Standard Shipping: for orders under €60, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Estimates
