When an order is still in Ordered or Processing status (usually within the first 24 hours or less):

• Product Size
• Product Variant
• Shipping Address

We cannot change

• Different product
• Increase/decrease the quantity of a product

Returns & Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items such as intimate swimwear or underwear must have the hygiene seal intact for health and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@alisiiakholli.it with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

We recommend you align your cancellation policy with ours and advise your customer to initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under €150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Estimates

• Italy: 2-5 business days.
• Europe: 5-10 business days.
• International: 7-20 business days (depending on destination).
